The NOPEC Board of Directors
The consumers themselves, through the views they express to their local elected officials, are the essential leaders of this organization.

NOPEC is governed by a General Assembly, made up of one representative from each member community. From this group an nine-member Board of Directors is elected, including one representative from each of the nine counties in the NOPEC service area. In addition, the General Assembly elects a Chairman and Vice Chairman from among the nine Directors.
