This means that no matter how the market fluctuates, NOPEC/IGS communities will always pay less than utility customers - Guaranteed! No other supplier is offering such a variable-price guarantee. Dominion East Ohio: The NOPEC/IGS price for the primary term will be calculated each month to be 5% less than DEO's Quarterly Gas Cost Recovery (GCR). You will be responsible for sales tax and all charges assessed by DEO for gas transportation and all other applicable charges and adjustments by DEO for delivery of gas. Columbia Gas of Ohio: The NOPEC/IGS price for the primary term will be calculated each month to be 5% less than COH's Quarterly Gas Cost Recovery (GCR).
